Microsoft to open their Customer Service line through popular microblogging Twitter service. Service specifically to answer questions about Windows 7.

Twitter Account Microsoft, to answer questions about Windows 7 from Twitter users, is @ MicrosoftHelps. As quoted from ArsTchnica, Friday (16/10/2009), Microsoft promised to answer any direct questions about Windows 7.

For Twitter users can ask simply add ‘@ MicrosoftHelps’ on their associated tweet Windows 7. Ars reported Microsoft also will try to find the issues surrounding other Windows 7 ‘circulating wild’ on Twitter.

Accounts @ MicrosoftHelps just one of many – supposedly in the hundreds – Microsoft’s official account in Twitter. The emergence of new accounts is certainly welcome the release of Windows 7 is scheduled to present on October 22, 2009.
